mama-q: Just booked myself a place on a ‘learn to meditate’ course. I’m very much looking forward to it. http://www.brightonbuddhistcentre.co.uk/index.html 2011 has been a difficult year for me so I want to make 2012 a year of peace, positivity, happiness & love.   Thinking of booking this for myself although I’m not sure if I should go for the course or attend individual courses
